Director's Bio

Megan Callahan Fraser, Head Field Hockey Coach at Johns Hopkins University will direct this Revolution Camp. Megan has been with the Blue Jays for ten seasons and earned her 100th win in 2005. Fraser ’s career record of 134 – 86 also makes her the winningest active coach in the Centennial Conference.

Six Hopkins teams have qualified for postseason play in the past nine seasons, including NCAA bids in 1999, 2000, and 2003. The Blue Jays have been in the Centennial Conference tournament finals three out of the past five years, winning twice. The National Field Hockey Coaches Association recognized these victories and named Coach Fraser the Division III South Region Coach of the Year in 1999.

Megan had a standout playing career also. She played for the nationally ranked University of Maryland for four years, and helped lead the squad to the NCAA Championship in 1993 and NCAA Finals in 1995. Megan remains an active player and coach as a member of the Washington Metros which compete in the North American Premier Indoor Hockey League (NAPL) and the Washington Mavericks FHC.

Coach Fraser is active in the USFHA and is a Head Coach for the United States Field Hockey Association Futures Program.
