The Top of The Class showcase is open to players currently in 7th-12th grade. Enrollment will be limited in order to ensure each participant receives maximum exposure to our coaches. This is a great chance to be seen by coaches and potentially open doors to college contacts and the world of field hockey beyond the high school level. We’ve assembled  top coaches from prominent high academic colleges in order to mentor players in the process of recruiting, academic admissions criteria and what it takes to play field hockey at the collegiate level.

Join us at Connecticut Sportsplex in North Branford, CT for a great day of competitive field hockey. The showcase will be indoors on a turf field in the dome. 

We pride ourselves in providing a low player to coach ratio for maximum feedback and interaction. The recruiting process can feel overwhelming and intimidating so we strive to provide a comfortable environment where players can feel confident to perform and learn new skills and concepts from the best.

The clinic is open to all current players 7th-12th grade. Please note that spots are limited for both field players and goalkeepers so do not wait to register. Every participant will receive a numbered reversible jersey to wear and all rosters will be given to coaches attending.

Not only does the clinic offer on field instruction but also seminars with the coaches and current collegiate athletes to learn more about the recruiting process and what it's like to be a student-athlete.

Schedule-

8:30am: Check-in
9:00am-12:00pm: Skills Clinic
12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch Break (Please bring your own lunch to eat and participants may leave facility to grab food but please be back ready to warm-up by 1pm)
1:00pm-4:00pm: Games/Scrimmages
4:00pm: Dismissal
