You Could Get Exposure to These College Coaches at Field Hockey Camp

Are you currently looking for the right field hockey camp to attend this summer in order to take your game to the next level? Well, you’ve come to the right place at Revolution! Our camps and clinics are based in some of the newest top-quality fields and facilities across the nation.

We’re offering options in 13 different states this summer, including: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Virginia. While these things are nice, a crucial piece of a successful field hockey camp is the quality of instruction available to campers.

The camp you ultimately choose will determine which coaches and instructors you’ll have exposure to on the field, but we make sure that every single camp that’s run has some of the best in the game there.

What’s great is that whether you’re a first-timer or have been to tons of our camps, the experience will always feel new. We allow camp directors to bring their own unique style to the field in order to implement proven teaching methods and coaching techniques, while meeting both individual and team-wide needs.

For those field hockey players who have dreams of participating at the next level once they head off to college, it’s never too early to start preparing! If you join us at a Revolution Field Hockey Camp, there’s plenty of opportunity for exposure to college coaches at all levels. Here are some of the coaches that were represented on our staff last year:

  • Andrew Griffiths: Head Coach, Old Dominion
  • Caroline Nichols: Head Coach, Columbia University
  • Megan Fraser: Head Coach, Johns Hopkins University
  • Jennifer Stone: Head Coach, Lafayette College
  • Julie Ryan: Head Coach, Babson College
  • Eileen O’Reilly: Head Coach, Monclair State University
  • Katharine DeLorenzo: Head Coach, Middlebury College
  • Andy Whitcomb: Head Coach, Mount Holyoke
  • Becca Main-Kohli: Head Coach, Quinnipiac University
  • Ajai Dhadwal: Assistant Coach, Johns Hopkins University
  • Rutger Wiese: Assistant Coach, Harvard University

In addition to having all these college programs represented, we also had some of the top players in the world make appearances, like Rob Reckers (member of the Dutch National Team) and Jesse Duke (U.S. Olympian).

As you can see, we take finding the best in the game to help campers improve very seriously.

That also extends to beyond the instruction, as Revolution Hockey Camps have officially partnered with some of the most well known organizations in the sport, including the United States Field Hockey Association, the National Field Hockey Coaches Association and Harrow Sports.

Some highlights from our camps include speed and agility trainers, nutrition seminars, film sessions, time with sports psychologists, combine tests, personal evaluations and a take-home drill booklet to help you keep improving. A few of these are only offered at select locations, so be sure to check out the camp details to be sure of what you’re getting.

So, what are you waiting for? If you’re looking to play college field hockey or just want to get better and have fun, Revolution is the place to make it happen!
