Danielle Ryder, University of New England Head Coach will direct this Revolution Field Hockey Camp. Dani joined UNE after spending two seasons as Assistant Coach with University of Vermont and two with Tufts University. In her first season with the Nor’Easters, Coach Ryder led the team to an 18 - 4 season record, the best in school history. The Nor'Easters earned a Top 20 National Ranking, which was a first for any team in the conference (TCCC). Dani's efforts were recognized by the TCCC and she was named Coach of the year. The Nor’Easters fell in ECAC semi-finals.
Coach Ryder was a 4-year varsity starting goalkeeper for Stonehill College. She holds the record for most saves in a season, as well as for a career at Stonehill. She was also the top goaltender in the NE-10 Conference two years in a row, 2006 and 2007. She led the league in shutouts, and totaled 28 career shutouts, the best in school history. Dani was awarded All-Academic, All-Conference and North/South Senior All-Star Team honors.
