Campus is set on a hillside overlooking the Hudson River and the Tappan Zee Bridge, only 23 miles from New York City. Nyack offers both well-groomed grass and indoor turf for our advanced curriclium.
Directing the camp will be Autumn Welsh, a former University of Maryland standout and winner of the 2001 Honda Award, given to the top college field hockey player in the country. She was a two-time All-American, two-time ACC Tournament MVP and 2001 ACC Co-Player of the Year, and led her team to the NCAA title game in 2001. From 1998- 2000, Autumn represented the U.S. as a member of the U-19, U-20 & U-21 teams and made the National Team in 2001. Her current career consists of 7 international caps, including a silver finish in the America’s Cup in 2001.
Autumn is currently the Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, MD. She has been co-directing the the Hill School Camp with Andrew Griffiths, Boston College Associate Head Coach since 2003.
