Director's Bio
Suzanne Parks coaches and helps manage Katahdin, an elite indoor travel club. Coach Parks also takes Katahdin to the National Festival, where the Club won their first championship in 2010. She has also been an umpire at the National Festival and coached the USFHA Futures program. As Commissioner for the Maine Games Women's Open, she has led her team to six consecutive Gold Medal victories since the sport's inaugural year in 2006. Coach Parks assisted the UNE Nor'easters to their first ever TCCC Championship Title and NCAA Bid in the Fall of 2010.

Joining us this summer is Anne Rounce who just completed her second season as the Head Coach at Merrimack College. She posted the biggest one year turnaround in program history in 2009. With five wins in her 2008,Coach Rounce won a program-record 13 in 2009 and also took her team to the Conference semifinals for the first time in school history. For engineering an eight-game improvement and national ranking as high as No. 8, she was recognized as the 2009 Division II Field Hockey Coach of the Year on November 16, 2009.
Our goalie coach for camp will be Sue Jordan who is in her fourth season as the goalkeeping coach at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to her arrival at MIT, she was the goalkeeper for the William Smith Herons in Geneva, New York. Sue has competed with exhibition teams in Europe and the US, and has coached at several field hockey camps throughout the Northeast and the Midwest. In Sue's senior season (2005), the Herons made it to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. There, she was named to the All-Tournament team. Sue was also named to the 2005 Liberty League All-Academic team.
University of Pacific Head Coach Linda MacDonald, is heading into her 13th season as head coach. She has been on the sidelines for almost 25 years, coaching at all levels. Earning over 115 career wins, she has coached an All-American, led Pacific to a NorPac Championship title and the schools second appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
